'Twilight' star Robert Pattinson confirmed for Oscars

HitFix can exclusively confirm that Robert Pattinson will be presenting an award at this year's 81st Academy Awards.

The "Twilight" star had long been rumored to appear on Hollywood's biggest night, but barring any unforeseen last minute conflicts, he'll be giving the franchise's legion of fans something to look forward to on Oscar Sunday.

Still unclear is whether Pattinson's "Twilight" co-star Kristen Stewart will also appear on the telecast and what award he will specifically present. And, obviously, speculation will now run rampant on who Pattinson's date down the red carpet will be.

Pattinson rose to super-stardom after being chose to play the dreamy vampire Edward Cullen in "Twilight." The first in a series of big screen adaptations of Stephenie Meyer's popular book series, "Twilight" astounded the industry by raking in $188 million domestically and $357 million worldwide.

The 22-year-old Brit will appear later this spring as Salvador Dali in the indie drama "Little Ashes." He's expected to begin production next month on the "Twilight" sequel, "New Moon" which will be released Nov. 20.

E!Online is reporting that Paris Hilton has the hots for Rob.

It sounds like Paris Hilton wouldn't mind sinking her teeth into you.

"I just saw Twilight last night for the first time, and I have to say that I think Rob is a beautiful man and an amazing actor," Hilton gushed to us at Cash Money Records' Lil Wayne party. "He's fabulous!"

Yes, Hilton realizes she's a little a late to the Twilight game...

"Now I understand all the hype," she explained. "I just didn't get it before, but now it all makes sense. I really enjoyed the movie and loved watching Rob in it."

'Saturday Night Live' star Jimmy Fallon marries movie producer Nancy Juvonen

LOS ANGELES - Longtime "Saturday Night Live" performer Jimmy Fallon and movie producer Nancy Juvonen were married in the Caribbean, a publicist announced Saturday.

Fallon, 33, and Juvonen, 40, were married in a Dec. 22 ceremony on Necker Island "with family and close friends in attendance," said a statement from Ina Treciokas.

It was the first marriage for both.

Fallon, who called Juvonen the "coolest girl in the world" in October, met the producer while filming "Fever Pitch," with Drew Barrymore, according to People.com.

Barrymore and Juvonen formed Flower Films, a production company, in 1995. They have produced 10 movies together, including "Music and Lyrics" and "Charlie's Angels"

Mikey interview

Speaking to Festivalwise, My Chemical Romance have said that they hope to play the Reading and Leeds Festivals next year.

Bassist and brother of frontman Gerard, Mikey Way, said that although nothing has been confirmed, they have the British festival in their sights.

He said: â�œI don't know if we're actually playing it or not or if we're going to be on tour but I'd love to do Reading and Leeds. If the opportunity arose I'd be more than happy, that's a legendary festival."

Asked about guitarist Frank Ieo pulling out of the UK shows, he explained: "Frank's not on the tour due to a medical emergency with his family but we're pretty sure he'll be in Australia with us"

On the subject of injured drummer Bob Bryar he simply added "Yeah man, Bob's like super injured right now"
